REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Johar Highlands, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase of our honey products. However, if for any reason you wish to cancel or request a refund, please review the following terms:

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled on the same day of placement.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for:

    • Damaged or leaking products received

    • Incorrect items delivered

    • Orders cancelled on the same day before dispatch

  • All refund requests must be submitted with:

    • Order ID

    • A clear image of the damaged product (if applicable)

    • Reason for the refund request

  • Refunds are processed within 16–30 business days after approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer as applicable.

Shipping Timeline

  • Orders are shipped within 2–4 business days of confirmation.

  • Delivery typically takes 8–14 business days depending on the location.
